Our smart booking panels allow you to do all this and more in real time. Simply by entering the changes directly on the door sign touch panel or - even more conveniently - over wi-fi in your internal company network direct from your desktop or laptop.


It has to be simple and quick - because only then digitalisation becomes really "smart":

Your employees don't need several weeks training to use our digital door signs.
A few clearly arranged controls and the high-resolution 10.1" touchscreen allow them to enter meetings directly on the device.

The interface connections to Microsoft Exchange or IBM Notes also allows them to enter, edit and manage all the room assignments in a familiar user interface.

Thanks to modern near-field communication, you can also identify yourself as a meeting participant and gain contactless access to the room with an access card .
A time benefit that is not to be underestimated - especially when a lot of outside participants are expected, such as at professional conferences.

All popular NFC formats are supported such as RFID, Mifare and FeliCa. Other formats can be implemented on request.
Of course, you can also continue to use the conventional 8-digit PIN query procedure on our Smart Panels if you wish.

Book meeting rooms via touch screen input (using NFC or PIN code authentication) direct from your own desk (e.g. over Microsoft Outlook or IBM Notes)
Controlling our smart door signs is seamlessly integrated into the TimeFleX administration system in your organisation.

In principle, the TimeFleX Smart Booking Panel has three ways of making bookings and changes directly on the screen:

  1. Sign in with username and password
  2. NFC authentication (e.g. via RFID-enabled access card)

  3. Entering an 8-digit PIN

Changes are easy to enter

Is your customer still stuck in traffic and the meeting needs to be delayed?
Are things coming to a head in the meeting and your development team may need half an hour longer than planned?
Of course you can also cancel booked meetings or extend or curtail the booking period you have reserved anytime.

Everything in sight Everything in room status view in your organisation's corporate design

The side and front 24-bit true colour LEDs for displaying the room status provide you with 180° visibility of the current status of the room assignment. You can clearly see whether a room is currently vacant or occupied or whether a scheduled meeting will end or begin soon, even from a distance.

The information shown on the display can be customised to your corporate colours and supplemented with your company logo (Corporate Identity). You can also change the colour settings for the LEDs to your corporate colour scheme in just a few simple steps.

The hardware is available in three different colours with the body in metallic dark grey, silver or white.

Flexible Mounting

The ultra-strong adhesive surface on your digital door sign makes sure it stays securely in place on every glass wall.
The mounting material supplied in delivery also allows you to attach it to conventional stone or concrete walls and even wood. Thus ensuring that TimeFlex door signs fit perfectly into any kind of working environment.

Bye-bye isolated application Perfect integration into existing infrastructure

The integrated interface connects our TimeFleX Calendar to your Microsoft Exchange or IBM Domino infrastructure and by doing to allows you to control your room management system in real time easily and directly. View, manage and book all your meetings and room assignments directly from your Microsoft or IBM account. Grant your employees access during a limited time period, manage permissions and roles for your room planning and experience how using our digital room planner panels can accelerate processes and ultimately save time for all your employees.

Can be used anywhere - even in the cloud

Our smart door signs can be managed conventionally from a desktop or laptop workstation on-premises, as well as over a cloud server or an internal company hybrid structure.
Your IT department can also monitor and maintain your digital door signs easily over a cloud connection.

Our touch screens also support a wide variety of audio and video codecs. For example, streaming content can also be accessed and displayed manually or automatically on large monitors connected in the room. Other interfaces to our Catering & Services and TimeFleX MeetingFinder modules are currently in an advanced stage of development.
