About our company The Story of TimeFleX

The history of SDFE GmbH basedin Hürtgenwald near Aachen in Germany and TimeFleX - its group calendar solution for all company sizes - began more than 10 years ago when today's CEO René Anstötz founded the company.

It all started when Anstötz, then head of IT at a large company, started receiving requests for a more effective system of calendar management. Some of his most trusted customers approached him directly with their need to "delegate tasks, invite customers and better coordinate internally than we are doing today." 

This gave birth to the idea of the TimeFleX Group Calendar as a software application for planners.

Once started, word about the application spread quickly and over time it grew in scope and the variety of environmental variants available.

Both we as a team and SDFE GmbH are proud to serve more than one million users worldwide from almost all industries and company sizes, ranging from sole traders to multinational corporations.

Today, we are constantly on the lookout for the best developers to develop and provide new and improved features for our customers from our headquarters in Hürtgenwald.

We place practical solutions for Microsoft Outlook/Exchange and IBM Notes/Domino users equally in the focus of our work. On request, we will be more than happy to show you our roadmap featuring our ongoing projects.
